Do you offer online or telephone counselling sessions?
Yes I offer Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, or FaceTime sessions, or via telephone.
Do you offer concessions?
Yes, to trainee counsellors, fee agreed on first contact.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted as a bank transfer and will be discussed before the first session.
Do I have to pay if I cancel a session?
With a minimum of 24 hours notice, you don't have to pay. Otherwise, all missed sessions are charged the full fee.
Does my GP or any family member need to know?
I have a duty of care to notify your GP and/or any other medical professional, including psychiatric care, on the understanding that any contact will be discussed with you first, except in case of an emergency. This will be discussed in more detail in your assessment session, where we will make a confidentiality agreement.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking space at the location.
